I had my first visit with Dr. Taleen Akopian this week and she and her staff were fantastic. I haven't been to an office like this one – modern, easy to find, and really helpful staff. Dr. Akopian was thorough and present during our session. I left feeling very taken care of.

I met with Liya to discuss some medical symptoms I was having that so far, no tests and scans had revealed anything unusual that might cause these symptoms. Liya, then shared with me that she had similar medical symptoms herself and recommend a change in my diet that might alleviate my symptoms. I have since followed her recommendations and have had some relief.
Really felt like Liya went beyond normal duties in sharing this with me and am grateful.

Leah Ghadimi is very thorough and is a great diagnostician. Her personality is both professional and personable. I trust her 100% with my health needs. I am 66 years old and this is the best medical practice I have found. From the front office staff, doctors, PAs and NPs, the team at Elevate are exceptional in their fields. I feel they meet the needs of both young and elderly patients. They are sufficiently staffed so there is very little wait time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great care! They also have several locations which makes it convenient.

Dr. Derhartunian, Nurse practionist Liah and staff have been so helpful since I joined the group few years ago
They provide the best care and always open to suggestions for improvement if any

The facility itself is new and very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Check in was quick and easy, I was seen in under 15 minutes after I arrived to my appointment. It was the easiest medical experience in my 36 years.

Amazing Doctor I’m so glad that I found her. I travel 28 miles each way just to see her. She listens and helps with every problem that you discuss. I won’t leave her ever I highly recommend her to anybody that’s looking for an amazing Dr that goes above and beyond.

Dr. Minasian went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He patiently heard all of my concerns. I felt he genuinely cared about my well-being. He also made sure to follow-up with me to see how I was doing. He is an excellent physician, and I trust him very much.
