I am giving a 5 Star rating because I know what this office is capable of. I have always received exceptional care from the drs and staff and appreciate everyone. However I do notice the office is not running as smoothly as it did when I first started as a patient there, I am hoping as new employees get up to speed that welcoming feeling and service will resurface. I mostly get Serge when I come in for shots and he is and continues to make me feel well cared for. Maybe it’s my age but I do I like consistency. Someone may want to check into why the phones are not always answered and go to voicemail. I only provide this feedback because I love Elevate!
