I've been with Elevate since they were at their original location with a much smaller staff. The care has always been personable. Dr. Derhartunian is everything you can ask for in a PCP: thorough, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Anyone looking for a primary care doctor I'll easily point them in the direction of Elevate.

Nurse Leah G. WAS EXCELLANT ! I WAS HAVING AN EMERGENCY and I got to see her right away. I also got tested for covid and I was found I didn't have it. Nurse Leah G. Said I could call any time with any question. Made me feel happy to be able to call Nurse Leah G. If I ever need to see her or call her because I am an old senior lady that sometimes I get sick all of a sudden and I need to see her right away

Dr. Akopian is reliable, witty and intelligent with nothing but care and understanding for her patients. She dedicates her time to understanding her patients health history and is knowledgeable in chronic illnesses and underlying health issues. I am grateful to have found an honest and dedicated Dr who truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to advocate for their health. Thank you Dr. Akopian!!

They’re great. The reason why only 4 stars is they don’t call you back when you leave messages. I have referred people regardless and they have the same complaints.
